Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at VORKAD.
All our products are fulfilled and shipped on demand through our production partner Printful, with warehouses located in the USA, EU and other regions.
We ship worldwide.

Below you can find all details regarding processing, shipping times and costs.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order.
Typical processing time:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • Hoodies, jackets or embroidery items may take 3–7 business days

During holidays or sales, production times may be slightly longer.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination.
Below are Printful’s average delivery windows:

United States:

5–10 business days

European Union:

4–11 business days

United Kingdom:

5–10 business days

Canada:

8–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand:

8–18 business days

Rest of World:

10–20 business days

These are estimated ranges and may vary depending on customs, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • product weight

  • item type

  • customer location

We do not add extra fees beyond Printful’s official shipping costs.


4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking (when available).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • tracking number

  • carrier name

  • link for real-time updates

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.


5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This is normal because different items may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities (USA / EU / Mexico / etc).

No extra shipping cost is charged for split shipments.


6. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • VAT

  • import taxes

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Wrong Address Issues

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the order may be returned

  • the customer must pay for reshipping

Printful does not refund orders with wrong shipping addresses.


8. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will replace the order for free after verification with the carrier.
Please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.


9. Order Not Collected

If the customer fails to collect the package at the pickup point:

  • the order may be returned to the fulfillment center

  • the customer must pay for reshipping
