Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VORKAD.
Because all our products are made on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, our return and refund process follows Printful’s official guidelines.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items (Printful Responsibility)

We offer free replacements or full refunds for any issue caused by Printful, including:

  • damaged items

  • defects in printing or manufacturing

  • incorrect items received

  • wrong size, color, or design shipped (if the mistake was Printful’s)

  • items lost during shipping

What you must do:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  2. A clear photo of the full product

  3. A photo of the inside/outside label (if applicable)

  4. Your order number

Once Printful verifies the issue, a new item will be shipped for free or a refund will be issued.


2. Customer-Induced Returns (Not Covered by Printful)

Because all products are made-to-order, Printful does not accept returns for:

  • choosing the wrong size

  • change of mind

  • customer dislikes the product

  • incorrect shipping address provided

  • package not collected by the customer

  • buyer’s remorse

In these cases, VORKAD does not offer refunds or exchanges, unless you receive approval from our support team.


3. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, Printful will not issue a refund.

If the package is returned to the fulfillment center:

  • the customer must pay shipping again to resend the order.


4. Items Lost in Transit

If a package is lost or tracking stops, Printful will replace the item for free after confirming the loss with the carrier.

You must notify us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.


5. Returns Without Authorization

Do not send products back to the return address on the shipping label.
This is the Printful facility, not a warehouse for returns.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or processed.

6. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Printful refunds the cost of the item to VORKAD

  • VORKAD will refund you through your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is Printful’s.


7. Exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you want a different size or color, you must place a new order.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter fulfillment production (usually within a few hours of purchase).
If the order is not yet in production, we will try to cancel it — however, cancellation is not guaranteed.
